The timeline was defined during the last EMMaH Meeting on the 4rd of October at HAW, as follows:
- Mid-November 2023 to Mid-January 2024: opening of applications
- Mid-January 2024 to end of February 2024: selection for interviews
- Beginning of March 2024: Interviews of maximum 50 students
- End of March 2024: Final decision
